How does the shopping cart work?
Just as in a physical store, your Shopping Cart holds items until you are ready to check out. From your Shopping Cart you can:

  • Proceed to check out
  • Continue shopping

You can always get back to your cart by clicking the "Shopping Cart" button found in the navigation bar.

How can I change my order?
If you click on the Shopping Cart, you can remove any item from your Shopping Cart that you no longer wish to purchase. Select the item or items that you would like to remove from your Shopping Cart, then click the "Submit Change" button and the item will be removed.

Is there a cost break if I order in bulk?

What happens when an item is on backorder?
If an item is on backorder, you will receive a call from Advanced-Online customer service the same day you place your order. Our customer service representative will work with you on your timing needs.

How do I check the status of my order?
Click on the "Order Status" button, type in your Order Number from your online confirmation and click "Submit". If you do not know your Order Number, click on "Order History" and then click on the Order Number you wish to track or review. If your order has shipped, you will have received an e-mail confirming shipment with a link for tracking that can be used to quickly track your package.

What is your return policy?

Return Policy

  • We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please a new order directly on the web site.
  • Stock items may be returned to Advanced-Online within 30 days provided the items have not been used or washed. Defective products may be returned regardless of use or washing.
  • Personalized or Customized items may not be returned within 30 days unless they are defective. Freight will be credited to your account for defective products only.
  • All returned items will be inspected by our staff and a credit issued within 10 days of receipt of the items. If an item is deemed non-returnable we will make contact directly with you.
  • If you return an item that was a gift to you, please provide your name, email and phone so we may contact you.
  • There will be a 15% restocking fee charged to your account. No restocking fees will be charged for any defective products.

Return Procedures
  1. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please cut out and use the shipping label included with your packing slip to return your package within 30 days.
  2. Choose a return reason and include this slip with the item(s) in your package by the shipper of your choice.
  3. Within 10 days of receipt of your return our staff will issue a credit for the products.
  4. A 15% restocking fee will be charged to your account for returns for non-defective products.

Are all the transactions on the Store.Loyno.edu Site secure and safe?
All transactions are processed securely using 128-bit encryption. Credit cards are processed via a secure socket (https) also using 128-bit encryption.

Advanced-Online is the vendor that produces, stores and ships all of the Store.Loyno.edu products. They ship all of our merchandise from Dallas, TX.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Depending on how much of a hurry you are in and how much money you are willing to spend, you can decide when you would like your order to arrive with the following options.

  • USPS Ground (3-8 business days)
  • FedEx Priority Overnight (arrives by 10:30am the following day)
  • FedEx Standard Overnight (arrives by 3:00pm the following day)
  • FedEx 2 day (arrives by 4:30pm the 2nd day)
  • FedEx Express Saver (arrives by 5:00pm the 3rd day)

The Store.Loyno.edu Site will provide you with the ship date of your order in the Shopping Cart page.

How do new items get selected for the store?
There are four key factors that we use to justify the addition of an item.

  1. Do we really think that it could be a hot seller.
  2. Can it be produced at a reasonable cost to the buyer.
  3. Does it fit with the look and feel of Store.Loyno.edu .
  4. In the case that the product doesn't sell, would it be too much of a financial liability.
